LuntanTravel is a service that helps you search for and book flights, hotels, transfers, and other travel services. Here’s how it works:

1. You open the mobile app, enter your destination and travel dates, and we find the best offers from different airlines and agencies.
2. You select the right ticket and are redirected to the seller’s website to complete the booking. The seller is the airline or travel agency responsible for ticket exchanges or refunds.
3. After payment, the seller sends the itinerary (ticket) to your email.

Important! LuntanTravel does not store tickets, charge commissions, or modify prices provided by airlines and agencies. All ticket-related operations are handled through the seller, whose information you can find in your personal account on the seller’s website.

The seller sends the itinerary (ticket) to your email within 3 hours after payment. If you haven’t received the email, follow these steps:

1. Check your "Spam" folder, as sometimes emails get filtered there.
2. If the email isn’t in the "Spam" folder after 3 hours, you may have entered the wrong email address. Contact the seller from whom you purchased the ticket to correct the email and receive your ticket.

If you don't remember who the seller is:

1. Check your bank receipt or SMS confirmation of payment — it should include the seller's name.
2. Use that information to contact the seller for ticket details.

To return or exchange a ticket, you need to contact the airline or agency directly. LuntanTravel cannot assist with changes or cancellations.

What you need to know:

1. Ticket return or exchange policies depend on the fare class and airline rules.
2. Some tickets can be returned or exchanged for free, for a fee, or may be non-refundable. Contact the seller to clarify the terms.

To change or cancel a hotel booking, contact the hotel or travel agency directly. LuntanTravel cannot assist with these requests.

2. The confirmation email usually includes the booking number and the hotel's or agency's contact details.

No, LuntanTravel does not charge any additional fees for bookings. All prices you see are provided directly by airlines and agencies.
