1. GENERAL

1.1. These Terms govern the LT Journeys application for Android, iOS, Web, Desktop, TV, and other compatible platforms (the “App”).

1.2. Owner and developer: Igor Vladimirovich Repin, Republic of Bashkortostan, Russian Federation (the “Owner”). Contact: support@luntan.pro.

1.3. By installing or using the App, you enter into an agreement with the Owner under these Terms. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

1.4. LT Journeys is in development. Descriptions of planned features in these Terms do not mean that they are already available. Before public release, the documents will be reconciled with the actual release build.

2. PURPOSE AND PLATFORMS

2.1. The App is designed for planning and keeping a travel journal of itineraries, events, meetings, excursions, notes, impressions, and user materials.

2.2. Feature availability depends on platform, version, screen size, and granted permissions. Web, Desktop, and TV interfaces may differ from mobile versions.

2.3. No Owner account is required. The App is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not child-directed.

3. LOCAL STORAGE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1. The journal is stored on the device or in local platform storage by default. You are responsible for device security, lawful use of added materials, and backups.

3.2. Do not store information or materials about another person without an appropriate lawful reason, violate privacy, copyright, or other rights, or use the App for surveillance or harm.

3.3. Uninstalling the App, clearing a browser, file corruption, device failure, or device loss may permanently erase local information. The Owner cannot restore information the Owner never received.

4. LOCAL WI-FI SYNC AND BACKUPS

4.1. Supported versions may synchronize information directly between devices you select on the same local Wi-Fi network. Use a trusted network and verify the receiving device.

4.2. You may send a backup to Yandex Disk, Google Drive, iCloud Drive, or another storage provider selected through your platform. That provider, not the Owner, controls the account, availability, limits, storage, security, and deletion of the copy.

4.3. The Owner does not guarantee that every backup will remain compatible with every future version but will seek reasonable portability and disclose a material format change.

5. LOCAL NOTIFICATIONS AND PERMISSIONS

5.1. The App may schedule local reminders. The Owner's server does not send addressed LT Journeys push messages.

5.2. Access to files, photos, camera, calendar, location, or another system feature is requested only when needed for your selected action. Declining may disable that function without ending the agreement as a whole.

6. STORIES, ADVERTISING, AND AFFILIATE LINKS

6.1. The App may load public stories, tips, and recommendations and display Yandex advertising. The advertiser is responsible for its ad and offer. Display is not an Owner guarantee or endorsement.

6.2. Content may contain affiliate links to travel services. The Owner may receive compensation for a referral or qualifying action without increasing your price solely for that reason.

6.3. Before ordering, review the seller, price, restrictions, cancellation rules, and selected service documents. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Owner is not a party to your agreement with an external provider.

7. ANALYTICS AND PRIVACY

7.1. If AppMetrica is included in the release build, it is used only after separate consent for crash diagnostics and technical stability, not for product or marketing analytics. Journal content, custom user events, screens, and funnels are not sent to AppMetrica.

7.2. Information processing, advertising, local synchronization, and user-selected cloud copies are described in the Privacy Notice at https://luntan.pro/legal/journeys-privacy/.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

8.1. You must not interfere with the App or servers, bypass restrictions, distribute malicious code, obtain unauthorized access, impose an excessive automated load, or violate law or third-party rights.

8.2. You retain rights in materials you create. You grant the App only the technical permission necessary to reproduce, transform, and export a material locally for a function you select.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1. Rights in the App, its code, design, copy, trade dress, and original content belong to the Owner or applicable rights holders. You receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license for personal use.

9.2. Partner, advertiser, and external-source materials belong to their respective rights holders. Fair use, permitted quotation, and other nonwaivable legal rights are unaffected.

10. CHANGES, UPDATES, AND TERMINATION

10.1. The App is evolving, and features and platforms may be added, changed, or discontinued. An update may be necessary for security, compatibility, or reading a new data format.

10.2. You may end the agreement by uninstalling the App and deleting local information. Delete exported and cloud copies separately with the selected provider.

10.3. The Owner may restrict a network feature in response to abuse, a security threat, a legal requirement, or termination of an external service, while seeking to preserve your access to local information where reasonably practicable.

11. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

11.1. The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, the Owner does not guarantee continuous external content, advertising or synchronization, compatibility with every device, or preservation of data in circumstances outside the Owner's control.

11.2. You make your own travel and service decisions. Stories and recommendations are informational and do not replace official requirements, professional advice, or your own travel-safety checks.

11.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, the Owner is responsible only for direct, proven loss caused immediately by the Owner's culpable breach.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND INQUIRIES

12.1. Russian law governs, without depriving you of mandatory protection under the law of your country of residence.

12.2. Send a question or complaint to support@luntan.pro. This does not limit your right to approach a competent authority or court.

13. CHANGES

13.1. The current version is published at https://luntan.pro/legal/journeys-terms/ with its update date. If a material change legally requires a new user action, the Owner will provide notice or request consent as required.
