1. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

1.1. These Terms govern your use of the luntantravel website at https://luntan.pro and its subdomains, including https://flights.luntan.pro (together, the “Website”).

1.2. The Website owner is Igor Vladimirovich Repin (Russian legal name: Репин Игорь Владимирович), Russian Federation, Republic of Bashkortostan (the “Owner”).

1.3. The public developer name for the project’s applications is Игорь Репин / Igor Repin. Both names refer to the same Owner. Contact email: support@luntan.pro.

1.4. By using the Website, you confirm that you have read and agree to comply with these Terms. This does not replace separate consent to optional data processing. If you disagree, stop using the Website. Mandatory user rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

1.5. The Website is not specifically directed to children. If applicable law does not allow you to accept these Terms or consent to optional technologies on your own, use the Website with a parent or legal guardian.

2. WEBSITE PURPOSE

2.1. The Website provides information about luntantravel, its travel applications and services, and tools for searching for tickets and other travel services.

2.2. Core informational features are available free of charge and without mandatory registration. The main Website has no user accounts, subscriptions, comments, payment forms or user profiles.

2.3. Information about mobile applications is informational only. Each application has its own terms and privacy notice.

2.4. Products, functions or materials described as planned or in development may change and do not constitute a commitment to release them on a particular date.

3. FLIGHT AND TRAVEL SEARCH

3.1. Before a search begins at flights.luntan.pro, the Owner controls the page design, its cookie banner, local preference storage and, with consent, a separate Yandex Metrica tag. A Travelpayouts White Label script loads to render the search form, so your browser establishes a technical connection to Travelpayouts before a search; route parameters are not submitted as a search query until you click “Search”.

3.2. By clicking “Search”, you actively submit the entered search parameters — origin, destination, travel dates, passenger count, travel class, language and display currency — to Travelpayouts infrastructure so that the request can be performed. The Owner does not store the raw search request in its own database and does not have access to Travelpayouts technical logs.

3.3. Airlines, ticket agencies and other providers create the offers shown in search results. When you select an offer, you are redirected to the relevant seller to place an order.

3.4. You provide your name, contact information, passenger and document details, payment information and booking data directly to the selected seller. The Owner does not receive these details during checkout and does not determine how the seller processes them.

3.5. The Owner is not an airline, ticket agency, tour operator or seller; does not enter into any contract of carriage or other contract for travel services; does not accept payment; does not create, change or cancel bookings or issue refunds; and does not set or mark up sellers' prices.

3.6. The selected seller determines purchase, payment, exchange, cancellation and refund rules. Before ordering, check the final price, fare rules, itinerary and seller terms. Contact the seller or provider that accepted the order about an existing booking, amendment or refund.

3.7. The Owner may receive an affiliate fee from Travelpayouts or a service provider after a referral or purchase. This is not a fee charged to you and does not increase the price at the Owner's discretion.

3.8. The Partner ID identifies the Owner as an affiliate and is not designed, on its own, to identify you. Travelpayouts and participating programs may combine it with cookies and technical identifiers to attribute clicks, searches, bookings and remuneration. The attribution period depends on the program and, according to White Label documentation, may range from 1 to 180 days.

4. INFORMATION, PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

4.1. Schedules, availability, prices, currencies, fare rules and service details come from third parties and may change in real time.

4.2. A search price may differ from the seller's final price because of changes in availability, exchange rates, order contents, additional services or seller rules. The price displayed by the seller before payment prevails.

4.3. The Owner aims to provide current information but cannot guarantee that third-party information is error-free, immediately updated or continuously available.

4.4. Website materials are not personal travel advice and do not replace your independent verification of any visa, immigration, health, customs or other requirements applicable to your journey.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

5.1. The Website may contain links, widgets and tools supplied by Travelpayouts, Aviasales, airlines, agencies and other travel providers.

5.2. Your use of a third-party website is governed by that party's own terms, privacy notice and cookie policy.

5.3. The Owner does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, service terms or independent data processing, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

6. AFFILIATE LINKS AND ADVERTISING MATERIALS

6.1. The Website may display affiliate links and information about third-party offers. An affiliate link or fee does not make the Owner the seller and does not guarantee the seller's performance.

6.2. As of the effective date, the Owner does not use personalized advertising technologies on the Website. Before any such technology is introduced, the Website documents and cookie controls will be updated and any legally required consent obtained.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

7.1. Use the Website lawfully and do not infringe the rights of the Owner or third parties.

7.2. You must not interfere with the Website, bypass access controls, distribute malicious code, create excessive load, unlawfully extract materials, commit fraud, mislead others, or impersonate the Owner, luntantravel or its partners.

7.3. The Owner may restrict access in response to a breach, a security threat or a lawful authority request.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1. LUNTANTRAVEL branding, the Website design, texts, graphics and other Owner-created elements are protected by law. Third-party intellectual property belongs to its respective owners.

8.2. You may view and use Website materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. Other use requires the relevant rights holder's permission unless permitted by law.

9. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

9.1. The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”.

9.2. The Owner may change content and functions, suspend them for maintenance, or discontinue a service.

9.3. The Owner takes reasonable availability measures but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, including where communications, hosting or third-party services fail.

10. RESPONSIBILITY

10.1. You are responsible for choosing an offer, seller, itinerary and travel conditions.

10.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Owner is not responsible for third-party acts, transport changes or cancellations, baggage loss, a seller's inability to process payment, exchange or refund, loss caused by inaccurate third-party data, or outages outside the Owner's reasonable control.

10.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits non-excludable consumer rights or liability under applicable law.

11. PRIVACY AND COOKIES

11.1. The Website Privacy Notice explains data processing: https://luntan.pro/legal/privacy/. The Cookie Policy explains storage technologies and consent settings: https://luntan.pro/legal/cookies/.

11.2. Within the environment controlled by the Owner, processing is limited to email inquiries, local Website preferences and — only with consent — Yandex Metrica data. luntan.pro and flights.luntan.pro use separate tags and independent cookie banners.

11.3. Travelpayouts technically processes connection data when its White Label script loads and, after you click “Search”, also processes query parameters and attribution events. The Owner does not create its own database of those queries, receive the raw technical logs or combine affiliate statistics with Yandex Metrica.

11.4. The selected seller's documents apply to information you give that seller directly during checkout.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

12.1. The Owner may update these Terms when the Website, partners or legal requirements change. The new version applies from its stated effective date after publication.

12.2. The current version is available on the Website; you are encouraged to review it on subsequent visits. The Website has no registration or user account, and does not send individual notifications about updates to these Terms. If a change in data processing requires a separate notice or renewed consent, the relevant information and consent request are provided through the cookie banner before the changed optional processing starts. Publishing a new version does not itself constitute consent.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without prejudice to mandatory protections applicable to you in your place of residence.

13.2. You may send a request or complaint to support@luntan.pro. It will be considered within the period required by law or, if none is specified, within a reasonable period.

13.3. Disputes are resolved under applicable law. These Terms do not restrict a consumer's right to contact a competent regulator or court available under mandatory law.

13.4. The language versions and their interpretation are described at the beginning of these Terms. Choosing a language or using the Website does not waive mandatory protections under applicable law.
