1. SCOPE

1.1. This Policy applies to https://luntan.pro and its subdomains, including https://flights.luntan.pro. The main Website and White Label use independent controls; a choice made on one is not automatically transferred to the other.

1.2. Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. In this Policy, the term also covers similar browser storage technologies: localStorage keeps information between visits, while sessionStorage keeps it for the current tab session.

1.3. Website Owner and Data Controller: Igor Vladimirovich Repin (Russian legal name: Репин Игорь Владимирович), Russian Federation, Republic of Bashkortostan. The public developer name for the project’s applications is Игорь Репин / Igor Repin. Contact: support@luntan.pro. This Policy supplements the Website Privacy Notice.

2. CATEGORIES

2.1. “Necessary” technologies are required for the site to function properly and to remember your cookie choice. They are always active and are not used by the Owner for statistics or personalized advertising.

2.2. “Website preferences” remember your selected language, currency and other preferences. This separate optional category is available only on flights.luntan.pro.

2.3. “Statistics” helps us understand how the site is used and improve it. This category uses Yandex Metrica: tag 111838256 on the main Website and separate tag 111838109 on White Label. Each tag loads only after consent in the relevant site's independent banner.

2.4. At flights.luntan.pro, a Travelpayouts script loads before a search to render the form. Travelpayouts may use its own technologies to operate White Label and perform affiliate attribution. The Owner's banner does not control them, offer to disable them, or promise to remove Travelpayouts cookies or storage. Rejecting analytics does not block search.

2.5. As of this version, the Owner does not use its own advertising or social-media cookies. Documents and controls will be updated before any new optional technology starts.

3. LUNTAN.PRO

3.1. On the main Website, the Site.pro mechanism remembers your category choice for 180 days. The choice cookie and browser category record are tied to a consent version. When an update requires a new choice, the Owner changes that version: the old choice no longer applies and the banner appears on your next visit. Statistics do not start before new consent. A new choice, including rejection, starts a new 180-day period. An ordinary Website update without a consent-version change does not reset your choice.

3.2. The main Website has only “Necessary (always enabled)” and “Statistics”; the optional category is off by default.

3.3. The main Website and email are hosted on NIC.RU infrastructure in Russia. The provider may maintain technical logs to operate and secure its infrastructure. These logs are not browser cookies; data processing is described in the Privacy Notice.

4. YANDEX METRICA

4.1. After “Statistics” is enabled, Metrica may use `_ym_uid`, `_ym_d`, `_ym_isad`, `yandexuid`, `yuidss`, `yabs-sid`, `ymex`, `is_gdpr`, and localStorage or sessionStorage properties beginning with `_ym`. Yandex may change names and periods.

4.2. These technologies distinguish browsers and visits, create statistics, identify referral sources and analyze page interactions. For both tags, Webvisor is disabled, “Do not save full IP addresses of site users” is enabled and the Data Processing Agreement is accepted; these are voluntary data-minimization measures, not a universal rule for every website.

4.3. According to Yandex documentation, some cookies last for the session, `_ym_isad` for about 20 hours, some identifiers for about one year, and certain technical cookies for up to two years. Current information: https://yandex.com/support/metrica/en/general/cookie-usage.

5. FLIGHTS.LUNTAN.PRO AND TRAVELPAYOUTS

5.1. The White Label banner decision is stored in localStorage under `luntan-wl-cookie-consent` for 180 days and records the mechanism version, allowed categories and choice time.

5.2. `tpwl_locale` and `tpwl_currency` store the selected language and currency. If “Website preferences” is rejected, they last only for the current session; consent to the category permits persistent storage.

5.3. The White Label mechanism creates the service cookie `tpwl_cookie_accepted` only after full consent to all optional categories. It is not created after rejection or a partial choice.

5.4. The Partner ID identifies the Owner as an affiliate, not the visitor on its own, and is not the name of a cookie. Travelpayouts and participating programs may combine it with cookies and technical identifiers to attribute clicks, searches, bookings and remuneration. There is no universal 30-day period: it depends on the program, while White Label documentation states a range of 1 to 180 days.

5.5. The Owner receives generated affiliate statistics, but not Travelpayouts raw logs, and does not combine them with Yandex Metrica. Travelpayouts' public policy governs its platform, does not replace the Website's documents and is not a controller-processor agreement between the Owner and Travelpayouts.

6. YOUR CHOICES

6.1. On your first visit, you may “Accept all”, “Reject” optional technologies or “Customize” categories. These actions are equally available and optional categories are initially off. Silence, scrolling, closing the banner and continued browsing are not consent.

6.2. The main Website has “Necessary (always enabled)” and “Statistics”. White Label has “Necessary (always enabled)”, “Website preferences” and “Statistics”. Necessary technologies cannot be disabled through the banner. You can restrict them through browser settings, but this may affect the site’s operation and its ability to remember your choice.

6.3. Before affirmative consent, Metrica code, including any `noscript` request, must not send data to Yandex. Tags 111838256 and 111838109 must not load before “Statistics” is enabled on the relevant site.

6.4. Change or withdraw your choice through the permanent “Cookie settings” link in the relevant site's footer or by clearing browser storage. A change stops future loading of a disabled technology but does not invalidate prior processing or a provider's independent retention obligations. You can manage consent to optional technologies through the cookie banner and browser settings; the Website has no separate permissions settings or user account. The “Cookie settings” link in the footer reopens the banner.

6.5. The main Website banner reads: “We use necessary cookies to make the site work. With your consent, we also use analytics to improve it. Please review our current Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Terms of Use. You can accept or reject optional technologies, or choose your preferences.”. flights.luntan.pro has its own independent banner.

6.6. The available settings differ: flights.luntan.pro additionally provides the “Website preferences” category. Its banner controls only the Owner's categories and has no affiliate-attribution toggle.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

7.1. The current version is published on the Website with its version number and effective date; you are encouraged to review it on subsequent visits. Individual update notifications are not sent. If new purposes or optional technologies require a notice or renewed consent, these are provided through the cookie banner before that processing starts. Publishing this Policy or continuing to browse does not replace consent.
